Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana was brought by the government with the aim of providing financial assistance to the farmers. It is a pension scheme meant for old age protection and social security of small and marginal farmers. Under this scheme, farmers in the age group of 18 to 40 years can register themselves. According to their age, they get 55 to Rs. 200 will have to be deposited in the government account every month. These installments have to be paid till the age of 60 and after that it will stop automatically. After this, farmers registered under this scheme will be given Rs. 3000 every month by Govt.
PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana 2022: How to register for PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana.
1. Visit the Common Service Center and start the registration process
2. Submit copy of Aadhar card and Khasra-Khatauni
3. 2 photographs and bank passbook will also be required
4. After submitting and giving all these details the unique pension number and pension card of the farmer will be generated.
Note: Farmer will not have to pay any separate fee for registration and applicant should have savings bank account or PM Kisan account.
